Qatalyst does not teach how to transform your existing technology business into a full-service MSP through online videos, conferences, and standardized manuals. Qatalyst model is very hands-on and explicitly targeted to a companies ownership that genuinely wants to transform their business. We engage with a select group of companies per year and help them transform in all areas: sales, staffing, business process, finance management, program management, technology selection, and service delivery. Ownership has to be ready and willing to change, but if they are we believe we are the spark that is the Qatalyst to your business transformation.
INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION
Onsite Business 360:
We fly in and spend 2-3 days on-site at the headquarters. Work with ownership to evaluate their current financial position and history over the previous 5-10 years. We review their current sales and marketing process. Examine their current technology solutions and discuss other technologies they may want to incorporate based on current market demand. Review their current and future staffing needs. From there we construct a priority list, co-authored with the owners, to identify which areas to address first.
